Today I visited the only French Vegan Patisserie in the U.S. (that I’ve ever heard of) in Salt Lake City, Utah. Surprised?! Me too! But the chef is from here and she’s classically trained in French faire. And guess what?! Everybody that works there is Vegan so it was fun chit chatting. And they’re completely non-gmo.
You guys! It’s the cutest, quaintest little place!! And I finally got to try a macaron. I’ve never had one before. They’re little pieces of meringue heaven in your mouth! I got the matcha macaron and it was delightful!
